  • Can I pay via online banking?

    Yes you can.
  • Do you accept cash on delivery?

    Unfortunately we do not accept cash on delivery.
  • I am purchasing for my company. Can I pay via company's account?

    Yes you can. You can pay by invoice or by using the business credit card.
  • Is shipping cost included in the price?

    No. The shipping cost is displayed as a separate account item.
  • Can I purchase a product and pick it up myself, without delivery?

    Unfortunately you cannot. We deliver the products to the address you stated as a delivery address.
  • I forgot my password. What should I do?

    In case of forgotten password, when logging in click on a link Forgot Password and you will receive an email with instructions for resetting it.
  • How can I change password, email address, or other personal data?

    Log in to your account and from there you can edit the data.
  • Can I cancel the order?
